Please submit a vacation destination form or schedule a complimentary inquiry call to begin the process.  We will discuss your travel ideas, visions for your trip, and the services provided. 

Katie will craft a personalized proposal of options for accomodations, tours and excursions, and transporation to meet your specifications and predetermined travel budget. For trips with a planning fee involved, the fee will be paid prior to receiving the trip proposal. 

Once you have received the trip proposal, provided feedback, asked questions, and requested any additional information, Katie will customize a final itinerary for your review. 

Once you are 100% satisfied with your itinerary and approve it, Katie will send a secure payment link for you to provide payment information.  Katie will proceed with booking reservations, confirming perks when accessible, and providing a seamless experience from start to finish.

Before, during, and after your trip, Katie will guide you, be available to answer any questions you may have, and help you create unforgettable travel memories to cherish for a lifetime!
