 As soon as you’ve made the decision to travel!  For best results, please reach out to Katie at least 60 days prior to your trip.  If your trip is within 30 days, please set up an inquiry call as soon as possible.

 At Your Colorado Concierge, we can do as much or as little of the trip planning as you prefer.  We can book accommodation, transportation, and activities. Some customers choose to book their own airfare.  We can book airfare for you as part of a hotel/air package if you prefer.  For more complex multi-stop itineraries, we may choose to charge a non-refundable planning fee. This will always be transparently presented and will typically run about $150-250 per week of travel depending on the complexity of the trip.  Rates for group travel provided upon consultation.

While we are able to book most short term rentals, this is typically not our focus as these have not been professionally vetted properties.  Please reach out for an inquiry to determine the best course of action for your needs.  If we are unable to book a short term rental, we are still happy to help you with itinerary planning and excursion recommendations at your destination.

There are a number of good reasons why you should consider purchasing a travel insurance policy including, but not limited to: COVID-19, trip cancelation, emergency medical expenses, trip delay, trip interruption, lost or damaged belongings, pre-existing medical conditions, emergency medical evacuation, missed connections, 24/7 assistance, pet care, or cancel for any reason.
