 As soon as you’ve made the decision to travel!  For best results, please reach out to Katie at least 60 days prior to your trip.  If your trip is within 30 days, please set up an inquiry call as soon as possible.

 At Your Colorado Concierge, we specialize in the on-the-ground experience, accommodation, and activities. Many customers choose to book their own airfare.  We can book airfare for you as part of a hotel/air package if you prefer.  For more complex multi-stop itineraries, we may also choose to charge a non-refundable planning fee. This will always be transparently presented and will typically run about $100-150 per week of travel depending on the complexity of the trip.  Rates for group travel provided upon consultation.

The short answer is no.  Your Colorado Concierge is able to book villas, in addition to some professionally hosted and vetted home rentals.  If we are unable to assist in booking a particular short term rental property, we are still happy to help you with itinerary planning and excursion recommendations at your destination.
